You should find yourself at this booking page only after you have received an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.

Select a date and time that works best for you to pick up your order / have your rack installed.
If for some reason we can’t accomodate the selected time, we will contact you ASAP with alternatives.

Please make note of your order number in the “Appointment notes” field after selecting your time and date.
